Waterfalls in The Darkness

Beneath the moon, the waters weep,
A thousand voices lost in sleep.
The cascade whispers dark and deep,
Where shadows in the mist still creep.

The rocks, they groan with ancient pain,
As streams of sorrow fall like rain.
Each drop a tear from hearts that wane,
Drowned in the echoes of disdain.

The river’s roar, a mournful cry,
As if it pleads with stars to die.
The currents pull, the spirits fly,
Beneath the thundering, cursed sky.

And in the depths, where light can’t reach,
The waterfall still longs to breach,
To spill its secrets, none can teach,
A silent curse the waters preach.
