The sun in its glory rose over the hill,
Casting its glare, in beauty so fair,
A patch of daisies would not keep still,
As it danced throughout the air.
The boundless ocean teems with life,
From shallow shore down to its core,
Adventure calls, as a million islands
Wait to be explored.
The thousand oaks have long endured,
Providing shade, their leaves like jade,
Naught compares to their grandeur,
But in time they fade.
The crimson sunset prophesies,
An end of days, where all decays,
And every living thing shall die.
For life is but a haze.
