Labeled

Judging someone how they look how they act
Don’t judge a book by its cover they say

One day a good day
A bad day

They get labeled

Wanting to replay the moment
Start over
Try again
Make it right

Impossible unless you have a time machine

Time goes by
Minutes
Hours
Days
Even months
They start believing that they’re that label
They start acting like that label
When they’re really not

Labeled

It’s like their trapped in mean angry words
It’s like the label controls them

It’s probably frustrating
It’s probably uncomfortable

They could feel satisfied
They could feel content

Mixed feelings
Like all of us
Happy
Joyful
Sad
Mad

How do they get out of the locked room?
Some one
Kind
Loving
Encouraging
Helpful
They all have the key
We all have the key
We just have to put it to the lock

We all have the key
The golden key
It’s taken when you get labeled
Use the key, we all have
Use it to help someone without one
